Minimum age requirement:
To become a member and use the PremiumIPTV Subscription services, you must be 18 years of age or older.
Usage and service terms:
You are not permitted to directly or indirectly re-stream, distribute, broadcast, or transmit the content using any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means.
Third-party purchases:
Any transactions or interactions with third-party vendors found on or through the service, including “buy now” and similar programs, are solely between you and the vendor.
Quality of streams:
The quality of your viewing experience depends on your network access and device capabilities. Factors such as your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you choose, and the configuration of your device contribute to the viewing experience. PremiumIPTV Subscription cannot guarantee the content quality in these aspects. Please note that sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.
VPN or Proxy usage:
The use of VPN or proxy servers while connecting to our servers is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
IPTV Subscription usage:
All IPTV subscription available on PremiumIPTV can only be used with one device at a time. If our system detects more than one connection, your account will be automatically suspended.
Accuracy of information:
All the data you provide to our database must be accurate and up-to-date. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
Compatibility:
To access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility requirements specified in our Help Center.
Internet service and data usage:
You are responsible for any expenses related to your network access used to use our services.
Sharing a subscription:
Sharing a subscription is prohibited. You can only have one active stream open at a time. However, you can purchase additional connections to watch on multiple devices simultaneously.
Purchase details:
To make a purchase, you must follow the ordering procedures described through the service. Pricing details for services, as well as the payment and delivery procedures, are displayed through the service and are subject to change without notice.
Number of channels and movies (VOD):
The number of channels and movies in the VOD library may change based on our weekly updates.
Suspension and downtime:
In addition to our rights to terminate or suspend your access as outlined above, you acknowledge that your access and usage of the services may be suspended during unexpected or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason.
All communications and notices related to this Agreement must be in the English language. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or restrict your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if PremiumIPTV determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms or any law, rule, or regulation.
The PremiumIPTV Subscription logo, along with other PremiumIPTV trademarks, graphics, and scripts, are the property of PremiumIPTV . None of the PremiumIPTV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.
